1. Service Consultations & Project Estimates

• Technical Blueprints: All modification projects begin with a professional consultation. Project estimates provided by Saini Auto are based on initial inspections; final costs may vary depending on the technical complexities discovered during the build process.

• Quote Validity: Written quotations for premium parts (e.g., ARB, Focal, XPEL) are valid for 7 days due to market fluctuations in specialized import components.

2. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website—including technical text, high-resolution project photography of custom 4×4 builds, the Saini Auto logo, and our “48 Years of Heritage” branding—is the exclusive property of Saini Auto.

• Unauthorized reproduction of our “Before & After” project media for commercial or promotional use is strictly prohibited.

3. Custom Builds & Vehicle Modifications

• Approval of Work: Clients must sign off on the final “Modification Roadmap” before our technicians begin heavy-duty installs or interior bespoke work.

• Off-Road Usage & Safety: While we utilize world-class engineering standards and brands like Old Man Emu, off-roading is inherently risky. Saini Auto is not liable for vehicle damage or personal injury resulting from extreme or negligent off-road maneuvers post-delivery.

• Regulatory Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that specific modifications (such as lift kits, lighting, or exhaust changes) comply with current RTO regulations in Gujarat.

4. Product Warranties & Workmanship

• Manufacturer Warranty: Warranties for specific components (e.g., Alloy Wheels, Sound Systems, PPF) are provided by the respective global manufacturers. Saini Auto acts as a facilitator for these claims but is not the primary warrantor.

• Workmanship Guarantee: We provide a limited-time guarantee on our installation labor, reflecting our 48-year commitment to mechanical precision and integrity.

5. Payments & Project Cancellations

• A non-refundable commitment deposit is required to secure a workshop slot for major custom builds or to order vehicle-specific specialized equipment.

• Full payment is required upon completion of the project and prior to the final vehicle handover from our Anand workshop.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Saini Auto shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the operation of a modified vehicle beyond the total value of the service provided.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our automotive services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat.
